An annular seating (20) near the free end of the female element (2) receives a thinned zone of the sealing ring (130) which is compressed radially so a retaining lip (143) is held in another annular seating (18) by a rib (53) on the male element (1) The sealing ring is placed around the male element beyond the thread from the free end. The sealing ring is made of a synthetic material, a malleable metal or a composite material, with a low coefficient of friction with the male element, in particular polytetrafluoroethylene. The annular rib on the male element brings at the end of screwing the retaining lip in contact with the flank of the second annular seating on the female element next to the shoulder of the first seating. The male thread has diminishing threads at the opposite end to the free end, reducing from the nominal radial height to zero. The peripheral surface of the first seating has a cylindrical surface next to the shoulder of a diameter equal to the external diameter of the body, and a hollowed surface near the free end of the female element. The male element has an axial butting surface designed to act with an axial butting element on the female element to limit the screwing.
