FIELD: mechanical engineering; load-handling facilities; shoe brakes. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed controlled shoe brake contains base, brake shoe mounted on posts connected by tie-rod with lever coupled with closing spring and hydraulic pusher, brake torque control system containing control hydraulic cylinder connected with closing spring for changing its tension and setting hydraulic cylinder, both connected by pipeline. Setting hydraulic cylinder is connected with lifting crane boom radius adjuster. Brake torque control system is furnished with additional control hydraulic cylinder connected with closing spring. Additional setting hydraulic cylinder is coupled with hook lifting wire system member. Invention provides automatic change of brake torque of control brake depending on boom radius of lifting crane and mass of load on hook owing to change of tension of closing spring. ^ EFFECT: reduced wear of brake shoes, and dynamic loads with resulting decrease of stress in lifting crane metal structures. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
