Synthesis of dinitrobenzofuroxanne potassium salt (KDNBF) (I), comprises double decomposition of soluble dinitrobenzofuroxanne salt (DNBF) and neutral potassium salt, directly in a reactor used for the synthesis of soluble dinitrobenzofuroxanne salt without complete separation of the latter from the reactive medium.
