FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves incubating case sample of stabilized blood in 0.2% NaCl solution and control sample in 0.65% NaCl solution taken in blood/incubation medium ratio equal to 1:50 during 1 h. Single-layer preparations are formed from each sample in which time sequences of erythrocyte image projection groups each containing erythrocyte images are recorded in two orthogonal planes every 30 s during 10 min and stored. Time sequences of erythrocyte image projection groups each containing erythrocyte images are additionally recorded every 10 min during 1 h and stored. Overall dimensions Am and Bn of all erythrocytes are measured and their volume and thickness are calculated and then, biometric RVK index is determined for every cell belonging to corresponding time group causing the erythrocyte population to be subdivided in every group into recytes and lethaliocytes. Erythropoiesis activity is determined from time the most part of cells transits to lethaliocyte class beginning from incubation start. If tm,n<=30s, erythropoiesis attenuation takes place; 30s< tm,n <= 60s erythropoiesis equilibrium is considered to be the case; 60s< tm,n, erythropoiesis activation is stated. ^ EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
