FIELD: fluid-pressure actuators. ^ SUBSTANCE: air-operated actuator comprises air cylinder and controllable two-positioned air valve distributor connected with the cylinder through the air lines. The air distributor is made of a valve with two "valve-seat" closure members, of different area mounted inside four interconnected housings and made of a rod with three diaphragms. The diaphragm having maximum area transmits effort of the air signal and represents a member separating the space connected with the supplying air line and space connected with the control air line. The area of two other diaphragms is smaller. One of the diaphragms separates the space connected with the supplying air line and one of the atmospheric air lines, and the other diaphragm represents a member separating air line connected with one of the spaces of the air cylinder connected with the other atmospheric air line. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability. ^ 1 cl, 1 dwg |
