Dimmer has two switches (2, 3), each controlled by driver circuit (6, 7) associated with supply circuit. Each supply circuit has capacitor (C1, C2) in series with rectifying diode (D1, D2), and with capacitor and rectifying diode placed in parallel with voltage limiting Zener diode (DZ1, DZ2). Both supply circuits are connected by capacitor (C). Respective supply voltages of driver circuits are provided across respective capacitors of each supply circuit. |
