FIELD: transport engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to frame for design row of rail vehicle bogie with wheelbase of 2300 mm. Proposed frame contains side frames 1, under spring cross beam 2, and end cross beam 3. Pads 4 and 5 for fastening supports of flexible members of axle-box and central spring suspension steps, respectively, are made suitable for mounting different supports of different flexible members. Pads 6,7,8 and 9 for fastening brackets of hydraulic dampers of axle-box and central steps of spring suspension designed for eliminating wobbling and side shift, respectively, are made suitable for mounting different hydraulic dampers. Underspring cross beam is adapted for mounting lemniscate mechanism coupling bogie frame with main frame of vehicle in longitudinal direction if springs of flexible members of polyurethane are used as flexible members in central step of bogie spring suspension. ^ EFFECT: unification of frame. ^ 12 dwg |
