FIELD: food processing industry, in particular producing of gerontological diet product. ^ SUBSTANCE: Claimed method includes preparation and blending of cabbage, tomato, onion, carrot and table salt followed by pre-packing of finished product. Additionally fish mince fermentation lysate, kidney flour, sorghum grain, CO2-extracts from dill and celery, rape oil, and preparation obtained from biomass of Mortierella sarnyensis micromycete are introduced into mixture. Preparation from biomass of Mortierella sarnyensis micromycete is obtained by sequential extraction with non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali, and water followed by compounding of the first extract with solid residue. All components are used in dry state and in the next mass ratio: fish mince fermentation lysate 40; cabbage 13; tomato 18; kidney flour 5.5; onion 4.5; carrot 6.5; sorghum grain 10; table salt 1.7; CO2-extracts from dill 0.06; CO2-extracts from celery 0.04; rape oil 1; and preparation from biomass of Mortierella sarnyensis micromycete 0.1. ^ EFFECT: concentrated gerontological diet product of the first dinner course. |
