摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbines. ^ SUBSTANCE: turbine nozzle contains inner and outer shrouds and pair of blades. Pairs of seats made in inner and outer shrouds pass through shrouds to seat blades. Blades are provided with root parts arranged in seat and rigidly fixed in seats by corresponding brazed joints. Each blade of nozzle has number of holes in trailing edge mating with inner channels communicating with space in middle chord, and pair of extreme channels. Extreme channels are arranged from outside relative to inner channels from opposite sides of blades and from outside relative to extreme in trailing edge. Extreme channels are arranged after brazed joints to feed cooling air flow from space located along middle chord of blade to extreme cooling holes form rear side of brazed joint along its length. Each extreme hole in trailing edge is arranged from inside relative to brazed and it communicates with corresponding extreme channel. Turbine nozzle is made at the following steps: forming of blades with extreme holes of trailing edge mating with extreme channels; assembling of blades and shrouds and soldering of root parts to shroud without stopping of extreme holes. ^ EFFECT: improved cooling of brazed joints in area of blade trailing edge, reduced oxidation of joint and increased service life of turbine nozzle. ^ 19 cl, 4 dwg
