摘要 FIELD: the invention refers to radiolocation technique. ^ SUBSTANCE: the mode of detection of radio contrasting objects and measuring the speed and the acceleration of approaching to them of a flying vehicle is in that radio impulses are emitted in succession; the radio signals reflected from radio contrasting objects are received and filtered from noises and transformed in a digital form; weighting of their amplitudes which are afterwards filtered with the help of Fourier's quick transformation algorithms is executed; the rectangular components of the complex amplitudes of the spectrum of receiving signals obtained in the result of the operation of Fourier's quick transformation are filtered with the help of a set of bandwidth filters , the pass band of each of them is conformed with the definite meaning of acceleration of radio contrasting objects; an average meaning of the level of the noise and the meaning of the detection threshold of radio contrasting objects are calculated in each bandwidth filter ; the signal received at the output of each of the bandwidth filters is detected and the received amplitude of the signal is compared with corresponding meaning of the detection threshold of radio contrasting objects: if the amplitude of the signal exceeds the meaning of the threshold or equals it the signal of preliminary detection of radio contrasting objects is formed, otherwise this signal is not formed; the meaning of the correlation signal/noise is determined in all filters in which preliminary detection of radio contrasting objects is certified; the final decision about detection of radio contrasting objects is made according to the results of comparison of the meaning of the correlations signal/noise: it is considered that the signal from the radio contrasting objects is on the output of the that bandwidth filter in which the meaning of the correlation of signal/noise is the greatest; in accordance with the number of the bandwidth filter in which radio contrasting objects are detected an average meaning of a Doppler frequency of the signal reflected from the radio contrasting objects and the width of its spectrum is determined and according to them correspondingly - the speed and acceleration of approaching to the radio contrasting objects which are given out to the users of the information. ^ EFFECT: detection of radio contrasting objects at great distance at prolonged coherent accumulation at any maneuver of the radio contrasting object and also measuring of the speed and acceleration of approaching of the flying vehicle with the radio contrasting object. ^ 1 dwg
