The instrument consists of a blade (1) fixed to a head (2) which is coupled to a hand piece in order to transmit a vibration movement. The blade has an active part (1a) along its length and has a liquid irrigation channel (4) in its center. This channel discharges at the center of the blade active part over the major part of its length which ensures the cleaning of the tool active part during the operation.
