In accordance to the invention, in first grouping 1Gamma,...7Gamma inner coils of groups 1Gamma,2Gamma,4Gamma,6Gamma with groove step values being equal to yg=6,4,2 have (1-x)wc coils each, and internal coils of groups 3Gamma,5Gamma,7Gamma with groove step values being equal to y'gi=5,3 have (1+x)wc coils each, while remaining coils of groups have wc coils each. Distribution of not even-coiled coils with coils unevenness coefficient being equal to value x=0,62, as described in detail above, is repeated for each following grouping of coils in accordance with aforementioned row, while c=1,2,3. ^ EFFECT: decreased differential dissipation. ^ 4 dwg
