FIELD: watch industry, in particular, engineering and production of sun-dials. ^ SUBSTANCE: sun-dial has clock face, mounted on three telescopic bars, positioned at even distances from each other and connected to clock face by means of ball hinges. Opposite ends of telescopic bars are held on supporting plate by means of cylinder joints, and inner hollows of telescopic bars are filled with liquid having significant volumetric expansion coefficient. Internal surface of telescopic bars has light-absorbing cover, and each bar is provided with light-reflective screen. In the center of clock face, perpendicularly to the latter, immovable axis is mounted, on which with possible rotation hand is mounted made of non-magnetic material, end of which is made heavy, and cones of light-reflective screens are directed to side opposite to clock face axis. ^ EFFECT: possible determining of time during light day if time hand is present. ^ 2 dwg |
