The mattress (2) has fibers coated with a binder. The binder has longitudinal borders for forming a relief zone. The zone is inclined with respect to a principal face of the mattress, which is covered by a facing (3). The zone is adapted to receive a part (5), which is folded back. The part arising from the facing is adhered to a surface.
