FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with fixing organs of small pelvis with synthetic lattice in case of their descensus towards sacrum. For the purpose to fix the lattice to sacrum it is necessary to apply a flexible metal plate of 0.5-1 mm thickness, 2 cm width and 4-8 cm length, depending upon the volume of operation and sizes of the lattice applied, with 4-6 notched tenons of 1 cm length depending upon plate's size. Lattice should be fixed due to pressing it towards sacrum till complete plunging the tenons into its bony tissue.
