The invention relates to a whipping disk comprising a disk section (4) and a drive shaft (5) which can be used in order to prepare whipped cream and whipped egg white in a kitchen appliance. In order to improve the efficiency of the whipping disk and the rigidity thereof, a whipping disk is provided, consisting of an essentially flat disk section (4) which can be driven by a drive shaft (5) and which is arranged in a receptacle of a kitchen appliance. The disk section has an elevation (10, 11) on the surface thereof. Said elevation is ring-shaped and concentric in relation to the disk section (4). |
