FIELD: nuclear power engineering; methods and the devices for preparation of the fuel elements for pressurization. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of nuclear power engineering. The method and the device for preparation of fuel elements for pressurization are intended for production of fuel elements for a fuel assembly of a nuclear reactor. The task in view is reached due to the fact, that cleaning of the open butt of the charged shell before a final contact butt-seam welding of a plug conduct both on the lateral external side and on the internal side walls using a band impregnated with a cleaning solution. The gear of the open butt of the charged shell is made in the form of a cleaning head with a toroidal working section interacting with the impregnated band, which is placed on two drums perpendicularly to the axis of the shell and is supplied with a humidifier. The inlet and out of the shell into the cleaning head is executed by a power cylinder with a drive of the shell turning around its axis. The technical result of the invention is an increased productivity of manufacture of the fuel elements, quality of welding and reliability of their operation in a nuclear reactor. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased productivity of manufacture of the fuel elements, improved quality of welding and reliability of their operation in a nuclear reactor. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg |
