FIELD: meteorology, in particular, active means for acting through special anti-hail products upon clouds of various kinds. ^ SUBSTANCE: complex has general-purpose starting unit with replaceable packets of multiple-tier guides for anti-hail products of various sizes and types and with anti-hail product locking devices for holding said products in starting unit before starting. Packets are unified with regard to sizes and type of attachment to platform for accommodation thereof. Each of replaceable multi-tier packets of guides is made for specific size and type of anti-hail products for reactive and dynamic starting thereof, connected with one another and composed of similar units of guides, with number of guides in packets being multiple 4, 5, 6 and 7 and with the same multiplicity of anti-hail products placed therein. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction and workability of complex, enhanced reliability in operation, and prolonged service life. ^ 9 cl, 16 dwg |
