Also, addition agent represents substances taken among the group including carboxylates of 3d-, 4d- and 4f-metals, compounds of carboxylate hydroxylamines, compounds of esters formed by carboxylic acids and hydroxylamine with these metals, mixed complexes of carboxylic acids with abovementioned substances with these metals, in particular, mixed complexes of hydroxamic and carboxylic acids with 3d-, 4d- and 4f-metals and mixtures of indicated substances.
