PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device capable of stably holding a printed circuit board without any destruction and peeling, being miniaturized more. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a rectangular box-shaped case 10 having a rectangular mounting surface 11, and a disk recording medium, a driving motor for supporting and rotating the recording medium, a head for processing information in the recording medium, and a head actuator for supporting the head to freely move and moving it with respect to the recording medium are arranged in the case 10. A rectangular control circuit board 12 is disposed to be stacked on the mounting surface of the case. A holding seal 80 is stuck over the control circuit board and the case to cover the peripheral edge of the control circuit board, and pressed to the mounting surface to be held.
