摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sticking phenomenon to a stay member and a stopper member from occurring on the stopper parts of rubber elastic bodies even if an excessive load is inputted into the rubber elastic bodies. SOLUTION: In this vibration damper 10, the stopper parts 24 fixed to the flange part 15 of an outer tube 14 is formed integrally with the outer peripheral sides of the rubber elastic bodies 18. The stopper parts 24 are extended along the circumferential direction of an inner tube 16, and opposed to either of a connection stay 30 and a stopper plate 32 at a prescribed interval along the axial direction. A ring-like stopper metal fixture 28 is fixed to the stopper parts 24. Accordingly, even if the excessive load is inputted into one rubber elastic bodies 18, such a phenomenon (so-called the sticking phenomenon) that the stopper parts 24 are stuck to the connection stay 30 or the stopper plate 32 due to the effect of the viscosity of a rubber forming the rubber elastic bodies 18 does not occur since the stopper parts 24 are pressingly brought into contact with the connection stay 30 or the stopper plates 32 through the stopper metal fixture 28 at all times.
