摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce bearing torque and to improve wear resistance while preventing removal from a ball bearing when being used for the ball bearing and rotated in a crown retainer 4 made of synthetic resin having a partition part 7 protruding to one side of the axial direction on plural portions of an annular base body 5 along the circumferential direction, and a pocket 6 for housing a ball between the respective partition parts 7. SOLUTION: An outside diameter region and a tip side of an inside diameter region of an inner wall surface (an inner side surface of the respective partition parts 7) constituting the respective pockets 6 are partially spherical surfaces, and parts other than the tip side of the inside diameter region of the inner wall surface is a plane surface 11. Thereby, an area wherein the inner side surface of the respective partition parts 7 and the ball 3 are abutted is reduced even when the partition part 7 is elastically deformed to the radial direction oblique outer side during rotation.
