PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform work for adjusting installing positions of displacement shafts 33, 33 to support each power roller 4, 7 in regard to the axial direction of each disk 2, 5, 3, 6, and to realize, at low costs, a structure capable of preventing synchronization failure of a gear ratio and unstable gear ratio control and securing sufficient durability. SOLUTION: Thrust needle bearings 51, 51 are arranged between axial direction both end faces of supporting cylinder parts 49, 49 of oscillating frames 21, 22 and side faces of supporting rings 20, 20 constituting supporting frames 23, 24, respectively. The thickness of thrust races 52, 52 constituting the thrust needle bearings 51, 51, respectively is adjusted per the oscillating frames 21, 22, and displacement of the position of each of the displacement shafts 33, 33 in regard to the axial direction of each of the disks 2, 5, 3, 6 is suppressed within a regulated value.
