PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle holder capable of stably retaining a nozzle and not having restriction on use. SOLUTION: The subject knapsack type sprayer 10 has a liquid tank 12 integrated with a rack capable of carrying on the back, the nozzle 32 for releasing a liquid stored in the liquid tank 12 and holders 38a and 38b, in which recessed parts 40a and 40b capable of horizontally retaining the nozzle 32 from the lower side formed, and which are fixed to the liquid tank 12. Since the nozzle 32 is horizontally retained by recessed parts 40a and 40b when the nozzle 32 is attached to these holders 38a and 38b, the nozzle 32 is stably retained and the constitution in the present invention is free from restriction on use which occurs when holders 38a, 38b are formed on a lid 18.
