<p>This invention provides a method for determining whether an agent inhibits binding between CaMKII and a Ca -12 channel. Furthermore, this invention provides a method for inhibiting binding between CaMKII and a Ca<SUP>+2</SUP> channel in a cell. Finally, this invention provides methods of treating cardiac arrhythmia and neurological disorders.</p>
