The light source has a beam splitter, which splits a ray path into two for an image sensor (4) and a coaxial radiation source, respectively. An end face coated with fluorescent and semi-transparent layers is arranged in the source path close to a focal point of a field lens. A reflecting layer and the semi-transparent layer repeatedly reflect the rays from an LED and an optical fiber and the reflected rays are super-positioned.
