The device has a heat carrier, which is enclosed between cold water pipes, before temperature regulation. The carrier is installed directly at the place of effluent hot industrial water. The carrier has a larger upper surface and performs direct heat transfer from used up warm industrial water to again heat the industrial water that is not yet used, by a heat exchanger. The cold water pipe is attached to a tap via the heat carrier.
