The aim of the invention is to improve the efficiency of a vertebral osteochondrosis treatment by reducing the traumatism of intervertebral disk (10) tissues and surrounding anatomical organisation during a puncture non-endoscopic laser nucleotomy. The inventive method consists in accessing to a pulpal nucleus and in evaporating a part of the matter thereof in such a way that adjacent hollow channels (13, 14, 15) are formed and, afterwards in directly evaporating a hernia bulge (11) during the return of a curved puncture needle (1).
