<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device which can perform operation for reflecting a user's intention and improve operability as well when an event such as incoming of a call or electronic mail occurs while displaying telecast. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal device 100 comprises: a TV receiving part 101 which receives television signals; an output control part 108 which controls outputs of television image and voice, supplementary information of television, electronic mail, telephone voice, and images and voice of video telephone to first and second display parts 109a and 109b and a voice reproducing part 110; a recording control part 116 which records television programs in a recording medium 115; a reproduction control part 117 which reproduces television programs recorded in the recording medium 115; a control part 119 which controls operation when receiving electronic mail or a telephone call while displaying telecast; and a opening/closing detecting part 120 which detects whether the portable terminal device 100 is folded or opened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
