<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seaweed drying device capable of greatly reducing labor and drying high-quality seaweeds. <P>SOLUTION: This seaweed drying device has a house 1 form and dries seaweeds in the house 1 through hanging products to be processed 51 on a seaweed hanging shelf 5 on the upper part of its inside. The device is composed of a blower 2 set on the upper part of the seaweed hanging shelf 5 and blowing toward the seaweed hanging shelf 5, an exhaust fan 3 for exhausting set on a side face of the house 1, and radiational type drying heat sources 40 and 41 for irradiating and drying toward the seaweed hanging shelf 5.
