<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type steam/hot water generator capable of concurrently supplying steam and hot water by effectively recovering exhaust heat and using the exhaust heat as a heat source in various types of factories, capable of selectively supplying only steam or only hot water by a change-over of a valve, and by this, capable of carrying out effective utilization of energy. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump type steam/hot water generator is provided with a compressing means 1 and 3, condensing means 5 and 6, an expansion valve 9, and an evaporator 10 in this order, and water supplied to the condensing means is heated by heat of condensation of a refrigerant in the condensing means to supply steam/hot water. The condensing means 5 and 6 are composed of a first condenser 5 and a second condenser 6 serially connected to a refrigerant outgoing pipe 4, and it is composed such that steam and hot water are respectively supplied at the same time from the first condenser and the second condenser. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
