<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new kind of service that enhances user-friendliness concerning debt redemption procedures associated with installment sales contracts or amortization contracts, and contracts for lease transactions, thereby increasing the appeal of financial institutions, leasing companies and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A transaction support device 1 comprises a customer database 101 for storing goods information about the goods acquired by each customer and debt information about the content of each customer's debt; a redemption estimation request accepting means 102 for accepting a request to estimate redemption related to the early redemption of the debt by each customer; a desk assessment acquisition means 104 for acquiring the desk assessment of the residue value of the goods when the redemption estimation request accepting means 102 accepts a request to estimate redemption; a residue value calculating means 105 for calculating the outstanding debt; and a redemption estimation information output means 106 for outputting redemption estimation information including the desk assessment and the outstanding debt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
