<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a calibration method capable of estimating a secular change, based on a sensor output value obtained at a calibration time, and capable of determining the next calibration date at appropriate timing, and a zirconia type oxygen concentration analyzer using the calibration method. <P>SOLUTION: In this calibration method for measuring a standard sample having a known value, and for calibrating an output value of a measuring instrument in response to the sensor output value at the time of the measurement, the sensor output values obtained in executed calibrating operations are stored serially as a calibration history data, and the aspect of the secular change of the output values in the sensor is estimated based on the stored calibration history data in the past, and the next calibration date is determined thereby. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
