PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker case, a speaker and a method of manufacturing the speaker case which enables the speaker to obtain suitable acoustic characteristics. SOLUTION: The speaker comprises a speaker unit and a case 4 for housing the speaker unit. The case 4 comprises a case body 20, an elastic member 21, and a packing 22. The case body 20 has a mount 25. The elastic member 21 is made of an elastic synthetic resin and disposed between the mount 25 and a frame 2. The packing 22 is made of an elastic synthetic resin and disposed between the case body 20 and the frame 2. The case body 20, the elastic member 21 and the packing 22 are molded integrally.
