PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of manufacturing costs following bypass passage installation in an oil cooler having a bypass passage bypassing an oil passage and running oil. SOLUTION: The oil cooler is provided with a heat exchange core 1 having the oil passage 13 running oil, and a case 2 housing the heat exchange core 1 and forming a cooling water passage 23 running cooling water in a space with the heat exchange core 1, and it carries out heat exchange between the oil and the cooling water.
