PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work conveying and discharging system capable of adequately discharging a work without damaging the work to be conveyed by a work conveying device and without sucking improper works. SOLUTION: The work conveying and discharging system comprises a conveying table 1 having a work storage groove 3, an ejection hole 4a formed in one side of the conveying table 1, and a fixed discharge pipe 8 provided on the other side of the conveying table 1. A movable discharge head 10 is provided between the conveying table 1 and the fixed discharge pipe 8. The movable discharge head 10 is urged to the side of the conveying table 1 by a leaf spring 11b.
