PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concealed information carrier equipped with a semiconductor device having a RFID function, in which the writing and rewriting of information by a third person is not easy, by which the presence and absence of a dishonest act can be confirmed and which is excellent in informational confidentiality. SOLUTION: In this concealed information carrier 10, in which a first base material 12 equipped with an RFID device 11, a second base material 13 covering the base material 12 and the device 11, a third base material 16 pasted through a first bonding member 14 and a second bonding member 15 to the second base material 13 and a fifth base material 20 pasted through a third bonding member 17 and a fourth bonding member 18 to the third base material 16 are piled up together and the fourth base material 19 is provided on the fifth base material 20, in which the fourth base material 19 is arranged to a position overlapped with some part or the whole portion of the RFID device 11, the first bonding material 14 and the second bonding member 15 can be peeled and can not be repasted after peeling off and the third bonding member 17 and the fourth bonding member 18 are hard to be peeled or can not be peeled.
