PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet member capable of being applied to a curing material or the like which can wound along the curved surface of a column or the like, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The sheet member is formed by integrating corrugated sheets 3 and 3a, which are curved into a wavy form by alternately forming hill form folding and valley form folding, with both sides of an intermediate sheet 2 by bonding mutual inward ridges 31 and 31a of both sheets 3 and 3a to both sides of the intermediate sheet 2. The inward ridges 31 and 31a and outward ridges 32 and 32a of both corrugated sheets 3 and 3a are parallel and freely bent within the plane crossing the ridges 31, 31a, 32 and 32a at a right angle.
