PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction system for depressing force of a clutch pedal capable of reducing initial depressing force without incurring increase in the number of components and a cumbersome procedure of assembling work thereof. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a pedal lever 1 swingablly supported around a supporting pin 6, a biasing mechanism 14 whose biasing direction toward the pedal lever 1 switches between a pedal restoring direction and a pedal depressing direction with a turnover point defined as a border, and a stopper member 18 for regulating a pedal lever 1 swinging motion caused by biasing of the biasing mechanism 14 in the pedal restoring direction. The stopper member 14 is elastically deformed by the swinging motion of the pedal lever 1 in the pedal restoring direction to bias the pedal lever 1 in the pedal depressing direction by the elastic deformation. The stopper member is integrally formed of rubber and is equipped with a rectangular portion 24 whose inside is hollow and besides the rectangular portion 24 is elastically deformed.
