摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the man-hour for formation of a partition wall D or the like by eliminating repetition of carry-in and piping of a new pipe B and filling of grout material (a). SOLUTION: A fiber reinforced plastic composite pipe B is inserted in a tunnel water passage (a sheath pipe) A for agricultural water to form a new pipe B', and the space between the pipe B and the sheath pipe A is filled with underwater unseparable grout material (a) through filling ports 1 of each pipe B. Since the grout material (a) is underwater unseparable, water (b) staying between the pipe B and the sheath pipe A is pressed to the other end side with filling of the grout material (a), until it flows out through a discharge port 2 of a partition wall at the other end. Therefore, the filling range of the grout material (a) is decided without considering the quantity of staying water, and for example, the range can be set to the length of one section which one construction firm is in charge of. In filling the grout material, after leak of grout material from the filling port 1 at the next stage is confirmed, a hose 13b is connected to the filling port 1 to inject the material.
