PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve oil separation effect, effectively utilize a space in a delivery chamber, and expand an oil reservoir chamber. SOLUTION: A bulkhead 36 partitioning the oil reservoir chamber 37 and a delivery chamber 38 is provided with being bent up and down in corresponding to a shape of a structure body around the discharge opening and an upper expansion zone 37a, 37b expanding the oil reservoir chamber 37 upward is formed. Consequently, an oil separator 50 is arranged in the delivery chamber 38, a gas discharging opening 52b opening outward of the housing is provided at upper part of the same, and an oil drain hole 55 communicating to the upper expansion zone 37a is provided at a lower part of the oil separator 50. The upper expansion zone can be plural, the upper expansion zone 37a having the oil drain hole 55 opened thereon and other upper expansion zone 37b is , in embodiment, is connected by a gas release passage 45 provided on end surface joining part of the bulkhead.
