PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load transmitting bar capable of simply mounting a sealed ring on an inlet of a sleeve pipe in a construction site or a plant without using any special apparatus or tool, surely closing a gap between a slip bar and the sleeve pipe and preventing water, mortar or the like from entering the gap, preventing the inside of the sleeve pipe from being clogged and being rusted, and a construction method of the load transmitting bar. SOLUTION: The load transmitting bar is constituted by mounting the slip bar consisting of a longer member of a round bar, the sleeve pipe with the bottom enable an approximately half part of the slip bar to move in a slidable manner and the sealed ring having an inside diameter slightly smaller than an outside diameter of the slip bar and an outside diameter slightly larger than an inside diameter of the sleeve pipe on the inlet section of the sleeve pipe.
