PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutting blade, in which, even though being an uneven blade edge, the unevenness is arranged not in and out on taking a look at a disc body from its plate surface direction (a direction of looking at the plate thickness) but it is oriented in one straight line in the blade edge-forming direction and with which straw dusts are cut well by a razor like sharpness. SOLUTION: This rotary cutting blade H formed with the uneven blade edge 3 having continued top parts 3A and valley parts 3B on almost all of circumferential part of the disc body 1 is provided with that the uneven blade edge 3 is not formed as in and out of each of the top parts 3A and valley parts 3B on taking the look at the disc body 1 from its plate surface direction (the direction of looking at the plate thickness) but by positioning the top parts 3A and valley parts 3B on a same plane and arranging the top parts 3A and valley parts 3B on one straight line in the edge-forming direction when taking the look at the disc body 1 from the plate surface direction (the direction of looking at the plate thickness).
