<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin hose capable of selecting a strength range of warp in an appropriate range when polybutene or bridged PE which is strong to chlorine water but hard is used for an inner layer of an inner tube in the resin hose inserted with warp for the purpose of stabilizing a hose diameter at the time of manufacturing the hose, thereby preventing thread break at the time of bending the hose, and providing a smooth external appearance. <P>SOLUTION: This resin hose is constituted of the inner tube 1 of which the inner layer 1a is selected out of the polybutene, fluorine resin, thermoplastic polyethylene, or bridged polyethylene and of which the outer layer 1b of the inner tube 1 is laminated by polyolefin series thermoplastic elastomer, the warp 10 of which elongation at the time of breakage is 5 to 25%, which is extended in the longitudinal direction of the inner tube 1, and a thermoplastic resin outer casing 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
