PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic shutter system mounted on a camera or the like and compacted by unitizing a filter and a shutter, and to provide an imaging module. SOLUTION: The surface of a stator 29 has a plurality of drive electrodes 28 and an opening 26 is formed therein. A shading shutter screen 25 can relatively move to the stator 29 by receiving drive force by charge of the drive electrode on the stator 29. The shutter screen 25 is moved in a prescribed direction by impressing voltage on the drive electrode 28. In addition, an optical filter 27 is mounted in the opening part 26 of the stator 29.
