<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a storage water heater free from air-lock phenomenon and capable of simplifying the work for filling the heat storage fluid by filling the heat storage fluid from a primary-side circulation flow channel successively to a heating heat exchanger and a hot water storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: The primary-side circulation flow channels 11, 11a are constituted to supply the heat storage fluid to an upstream part of a hot water supply heat exchanger 30 and a reheating heat exchanger 60, then pressure-feed the same to the hot water supply heat exchanger 30 and the reheating heat exchanger 60 side to be filled in a hot water storage tank 10 side, when the heat storage fluid is filled in the hot water storage tank 10.
