PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a motor driving circuit and reduce the number of fuses below the number of motors. SOLUTION: If the motors 20B, 20M are driven and rotated through a fuse 18 and simultaneously locked, the fuse 18 is prevented from blowing since currents carried to the motors 20B, 20M are interrupted within a period shorter than a period for which the motors 20B, 20M are separately locked and a current due to a lock state generated in the motors 20B, 20M flows in the fuse 18 for a short period.
