PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide evolution type contents of which forgery or tampering is made difficult. SOLUTION: In an apparatus 100 for producing the evolution type contents, contents to be evolved and contents as a result of evolution are inputted, and electronic data (evolution data) which make the objective contents change and evolve for evolution into the resulted contents are generated by a predetermined distribution function. In a contents evolving apparatus 200, the objective contents for evolution and the evolution data are inputted, the evolution data are imparted to the objective contents similarly by a predetermined distribution function to compute so as to restore and output the contents as the evolution result.
