PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTP sheet conveyance device capable of narrowing an installation space of the whole conveyance line. SOLUTION: This PTP sheet conveyance device 10 conveying two PTP sheets 14 supplied from an upstream side conveyance passage 12 to a downstream side conveyance passage 16 by letting them face mutually is provided with an inversion part 48 having two storage parts A arranged at two upper and lower steps, a rotating means 26 for exchanging positions of the storage parts A by rotating the inversion part 48 by 180 degrees, and a transfer means 13 for transferring the inversion part 48 from an outlet of the upstream side conveyance passage 12 to an inlet of the downstream side conveyance passage 16. Consequently, this PTP sheet conveyance device 10 performs a process for inverting the PTP sheet 14 and a process for apportioning two PTP sheets 14 to upper and lower parts and letting them face mutually in the inversion part 48.
