PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking reducer for photographic apparatus, capable of easily keeping balance in the horizontal direction and capable of suppressing rocking of a photographic apparatus. SOLUTION: The photographic apparatus rocking reducer 1 has a stage section 3 placing a camera C, a center post 2 extended in the vertical direction from the stage section 3 and a gimbal 4b rotated around a rotating shaft 4c crossed with the center post 2 and further has rocking reducing means 6a and 6b for suppressing the rocking of the rocking reducer for photographic apparatus 1. The rocking-reducing means 6a and 6b have gyro-stabilizers 61, sound-absorbing members 62, casings 63, vibration-isolating members 64 and fixing means 65 mounted on projecting sections 64a, as sections projected outside the casings 62 in the vibration-isolating members 64 and fixing the vibration-isolating members 64 to gyro-fixing sections 6c.
